I was perusing through the Chicago Portfolio School (my future place of study, woo!) blog the other day and came across this mouth-watering design project by student and designer Kelly Pratt. It's called "Stately Sandwiches," and if you ask me, it's pure genius. What's not to love about a design project that revolves around food, but better yet--sandwiches? As Kelly says on her site "making a good sandwich is an artform," and she's made it her mission to make each state's signature sandwich. Here are my three favorite to date.
